The Press Centre
Your central point of contact for your reporting
The METEC Press Centre offers journalists workstations, Wi-Fi and other services to enable professional reporting directly from the exhibition grounds. Please note that access to the Press Centre is only possible with press accreditation obtained in advance online at. You should therefore complete the online accreditation process well in advance to avoid waiting times and detours on site. A separate ticket is also required for travel to and from the venue by public transport.
In the run-up to METEC
Make use of the Press Centre, which offers workstations, Wi-Fi and other services for journalists. This will allow you to organise your reporting directly from the exhibition grounds.
Important: Please register online upfront to the trade fair!
On site at METEC
With your press ticket, you will also have access to the Press Centre on the ground floor of the brown exhibition tower (Access only from within the exhibition grounds!) between 08:00 and 18:30 throughout the event. On the final day of the exhibition, the Press Centre closes at 18:00.
To minimise any waiting times on site, please use the online accreditation service.

Information on press tickets
The press ticket is accepted at all open entrances and is valid for the entire duration of the fair.
Pouch cases for the press ticket, lanyards and the exhibition catalogue are available from the Press Centre/Exhibition Administration.
Please note that all non-editors, such as marketing or advertising managers, are excluded from receiving a press ticket.

Press accreditation can be easily arranged online via the METEC accreditation portal. Once your application has been successfully verified, you will receive your confirmation by email.
